Important Note: Dutify.AI does not use your data to train Large Language Models (LLMs) or any form of artificial intelligence beyond what is necessary to provide the specific features you have requested.

By accessing or using our services (the “Service”), including the Dutify.AI Teams app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please discontinue use of our Service.

At this time, Dutify.AI collects only limited personal information, which includes:

  • First and Last Name: Used primarily for user account management, identification, and personalization within the Service (including the Dutify.AI Teams app).
  • User ID (from the Corresponding Provider): We store user IDs from platforms such as Microsoft Teams or similar providers. This is necessary to authenticate users and link them to their accounts.
  • User Calendar Dutify accesses the user's calendar solely to retrieve information about the call the user wants the Dutify bot to join. This activity is initiated by the user and is performed only at the moment of the user-initiated request, and only for the specific user-indicated event. Dutify does not store or access any other calendar data.

We do not collect other data—such as email addresses, payment details, or phone numbers—unless explicitly provided and agreed upon for additional Service features in the future.

3.2 From Other Users

If another user of the Service provides your information (e.g., inviting you to join a team or adding you to a task), we process that information in line with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

3.3 From Third Parties

Although we currently do not gather additional personal data from third-party sources, we may, in the future, receive user information from:

  • Social media or collaboration platforms,
  • Marketing or event partners,
  • Publicly accessible sources, or
